• इस खंड में वे सारे बच्चे दिखाई देंगे जो आपके स्कूल में कक्षा व सेक्शन वार दर्ज है ।
• पर इस सेक्शन में बच्चों की संख्या दिखाई दे इसके लिये आपको Progression Section में जाके बच्चों को अगली कक्षा में प्रमोट करना है ।
• Progression Section में बच्चों को Promote करके वापस School Dashboard में आके View/Manage में जाके बच्चों की बेसिक जानकारी को Update कर सकते हैं जिसमें मुख्य रुप ये बिन्दु होंगे-

• Name of the student (in capital letters)
• Gender(Male-1, female-2,Transgender-3
• Date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY)
• Mother’s name
• Father’s name
• Guardian name
• Aadhar number of child
• Name of student as per aadhar card
• Address
• Pincode
• Mobile number (of student/parent/Guardian)
• Alternate mobile number (ofstudent/parent/Guardian)
• Contact Email id (of student/parent/Guardian)
• Mother tongue of the child
• Social categary(General-1,SC-2,ST-3,OBC-4
• Minoraty group
• Whether BPL benificiary ?(yes-1, no-2)
• Whether CWSN? (yes-1, no-2)
• The child identified as out of school child incurrent or previous years?
• Admission number in school
• Admission date (DD/MM/YYYY) In the present class
• Academic stream opted by the student (for higher secondary class)
• Status of student in the previous academic year of schooling (2021-22)
• The previous class studied whether one appeared for an examination
• The previous class studied- Result of the examination
• Promoted/passed with grace
• Option in case of 1 appeared in examinations
• In the previous class studied – % of overall marks obtained in the examination
• No. of days the child attended school (in the previous academic year
• Free textbook

• यहाँ आपके स्कूल में दर्ज सारे बच्चे दिखाई देंगे ।

Section Management (खंड का प्रबंधन)

• अगर आपके स्कूल में 1 से अधिक सेक्शन हैं तो आप यहाँ बच्चों को अलग-अलग Section में रख सकते हैं ।

Progression Activity (प्रगति गतिविधि)

• यहाँ आपको मुख्य रुप से हमारी शाला में पहले से दर्ज सभी बच्चों को जिनको हमने पिछले साल Entry किया था उनको पिछले कक्षा में प्राप्त प्रतिशत व उपस्थिति के दिनों के संख्या दर्ज कर Promote करना है ।
